Equipment

I workout at Snap Fitness.  It’s great and really cheap.  My wife and I end up paying only around $10 a month after our health provider discounts ($20 each).

MyoTape Body Tape Measure

Each month I take measurements of my waist, chest, thighs, calves, biceps & forearms. This MyoTape measure was designed to do just that. It works really well.

Gripmaster Hand Exerciser Black, Heavy Tension (9-Pounds per Finger)

I am spending time in the gym but I wanted something to increase my grip strength at home. I bought this because it’s small enough and portable so I can use it in the car while I commute.

I work with a computer for my job so having healthy hands is very important. A couple of years ago I had some issues with carpal tunnel & I am hoping a stronger grip/forearm will help.

Also, your hands are the most visible aspect of your body. 99% of your life is spent fully clothed & covered up. If you get super strong hands and forearms it’s one of the first things that people will notice about you.

Omron Body Fat Monitor and Scale

My gym has this scale/body composition monitor.  It’s nice because it tells you much more than just your weight.  Checkout my stats page to see all my statistics.

Omron Automatic Inflation Digital Blood Pressure Monitor

I have high blood pressure. I am using this blood pressure monitor to check in from home.
