How long will it take for me to get fit?

PHASE 1 – losing 30 lbs

In phase 1 I am going to go from 224 lbs to 194 lbs.

So how many calories do I need to maintain my weight?

2187.0 – My basal metabolic rate (BMR)
656.1 – Calories burned throughout the day – assuming I am lightly active – (BMR x 30 percent)

2843.1 – Total Calories to MAINTAIN my current weight.

How long will it take to reach my goals?

It depends on my average daily calorie deficit.  My guess is it will take around 6 Months (assuming a daily 500 calorie deficit)
