My first step is to lose weight. I am not obese (cough) but I could stand to lose a few pounds. I have the start of a double chin. The best thing for my health and my motivation is going to be for me to cut the calories and start slimming down now.
Eventually I will add in weight lifting to start adding on more muscle. But for now I am jumping in to Phase 1 with the following:
I will be exercising (Cardio & Shovelglove) Sunday through Tuesday (5 days on 2 days off). For my diet, I will be following the No-S Diet. It has a common sense approach that resonates with me.
As I drafted this, I realized that I am really close to following Reinhard’s Everyday System’s (with the exception of the cardio). So as a favor to the somewhat photo wary Reinhard Engels. Phase 1 is going to serve a dual purpose as a before and after for both myself and Everyday Systems.
