Ever get the feeling that before photos on fitness websites are intentionally awful? Its like they want to make them horrible so there is more room for improvement. Then for the after photos, they get a suntan, haircut, professional lighting and a wax.

1 Month Progress – nothing too exciting from a photo point-of-view. I stayed proportionally about the same. I didn’t stick with the diet perfectly but I also didn’t miss one workout. Checkout the stats page – you can see although I didn’t trim down any inches, there is good firming up underneath mah fat.
