The Green Bomb is one of my own personally developed diets. The diet is fairly simple. You wake up and eat a normal breakfast. Then for lunch and dinner you have a salad. You can put whatever you want in the salad. The salads can contain any number of items including: greens, veggies, meats, cheese, dressings, nuts and dried fruits.
Use the diet as an opportunity to try different salads. Test out combinations that you haven’t tried before. If you stick to chicken caesar salads for each meal you won’t have as much fun (although I don’t blame you… chicken caesar salads are amazing).
When I did the Green Bomb I skipped breakfast entirely. This is optional and can be used for people looking to lose weight more quickly.
